There are examples of each speaking skill you can access immediately, without creating a user profile. To access all of the speaking skills or the complete tests and save your work, you will need to create a profile. See this article about creating a profile.

You will need to find a quiet place so you can record without noise. That way, Speak & Improve will work better. Try to plan your day to give you time to concentrate on working with Speak & Improve. You will need to have peace and calm, and time to focus on reading the questions, thinking about the answers, and recording them. Also, allow time to listen to your answers, view the feedback, and record again. The more you practise, the more you will improve!
